Jim’s practice focuses on a variety of consultative areas in the realm of Human Resources. Jim and The One World Group assist companies in developing holistic approaches to employee assessments from employee hires through executive development. Jim also provides his client’s with professional outplacement services to aid them in addressing any reduction in force/termination issues they may encounter.
Jim’s over 20 years of Human Asset Management experience with organizations of all sizes and complexities help differentiate him from others in the field. Jim has extensive expertise in Public, Private and Family corporate structures. Jim has spent many years in both Union Free and traditional Unionized environments. The organizations Jim has helped over the years include: James River Corporation, CertainTeed Corporation, Graham Packaging Company and Nursery Supplies Inc. Jim’s professional experiences include the development of HR Departments and their various functions, acquisitions and mergers, compensation programs, performance management, benefit programs, organizational development, culture transition programs, workforce development, HRIS implementations as well as many other associated areas.
Jim is actively involved with the education and promotion of cultural diversity, and works in and around Central Pennsylvania providing a bridge between communities and local companies. Jim works closely with a number of area high schools preparing their students for the transition from school to the workplace. Jim is a Harrisburg area resident.
